Our Client is a top notch name in the real estate sector, with presence in the major markets across the world. In line with its business expansion plans, it is looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their Singapore office.


Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for the financial and management accounting aspects of the individual investment projects that the Group has an interest in. This involves cash flow reporting, monitoring and tracking of lending costs and refinancing needs, and profitability and cost analysis. As the key finance business partner to the investment management team, you will be required to support and provide advice on all finance-related matters.


Ideally, you are a Chartered Accountant/CPA with at least 6 years of working experience, with the initial years in an international accounting firm. You have prior experience in accounting in a fund management environment, and are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
