Our Client is a top notch name in the property and infrastructure sector, with offices in major markets across the world. It is looking for a finance professional of high calibre to join them as a finance manager.


Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will lead a team of 3 and take charge of the financial and management reporting aspects of the Group’s international business outside of Asia. You will be responsible for statutory accounting and management reporting, group consolidation, and tax and audit compliance. In addition, you will provide business and profitability analysis to the management team, and provide finance-related advice when required.


Ideally, you are a Chartered Accountant/CPA with more than 5 years of working experience, with the initial years in an international accounting firm. You are proficient in group consolidation and financial analysis, and have the confidence to interact with and support senior management on a daily basis. In addition, you are a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
