Responsibilities
•Preparation of BOQ, tender documents, cost estimation, progress claims, evaluation of VOs, checking of drawings, material sourcing etc
•Negotiate with sub-contractors and proposed quotations to secure best price
•Continuously source for new contractors, suppliers and vendors for better terms and services
•Ensure prices quoted in tender are accurate and appropriate
•Review final draft tender before submission
•Monitor contractual records with clients and suppliers are in compliance to protect company interest at all times
•Monitor, cross-check and verify project claims and invoices submitted
•Ensure progress claims, certification and invoices to client are issued on a timely basis
•Co-ordinate with Project team in administering contractual claims such as VO, time extension etc
