Our Client is a multi-national company with global presence within Chemical Industry. They are seeking for an Operation & Compliance Advisor / Executive to accelerate their growth and expansion in Singapore. Reporting directly to the HOD, you are responsible to devise compliance and audit programs to ensure flawless delivery operations by transporters in Singapore. Review, improve and devise procedures to ensure day to day logistics operations are comprehensively documented and audited Safety ambassador and coordinator for logistics Singapore. Review existing logistics work flow and identify opportunities for operations optimization and improvement
Act as Risk Owner for risk events as assigned in the facility risk register with accountabilities including proper documentation and assessment of the risk event, consulting with subject matter experts as appropriate, assign action owners to risk reduction measures, monitoring and self-verification of risk reduction measures to closure with effectiveness and communication of the importance of the risk reduction measures to the workforce that may be affected.
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in any field with 5 years of professional experience in related field. You should a proven track record of success in logistic management, transportation and safety operations. Candidates with knowledge in Risk Management and understanding of the applicable local legislation of the logistic industry will be advantageous. You should possess effective communication and interpersonal skill.
