With its APAC regional headquarters based in Singapore, this company is a leader in the precision engineering industry. They are currently seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to join the HR team.
This role will be responsible for formulating plans and training needs to achieve maximum performance improvement and ROI impact. As the regional subject matter expert, you will drive all learning programs/projects/initiatives with the view to create a competency-based learning culture and a motivated workforce. You will deploy Learning Management System (LMS) and to launch L&D curriculum with e-learning web courses. You will also continually evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement of training quality. Other responsibilities will include driving OD projects like workforce transformation training and improving competency of Training Centers in Asia region.
To be successful, you will be an experienced HR professional from a matrix, MNC environment, preferably within manufacturing sectors. You will be a graduate in HRM and has at least 8+ years of L&D experience and sound knowledge of e-learning strategies. You should be familiar with design and delivery of training programs, excellent in presentation, coaching and has strong communications skills.
