FP&A Manager

Our client is a reputable company with a well-established history. It is currently looking for an experienced financial analyst to join its regional finance team as an FP&A Manager. The successful candidate can look forward to partnering the business and value-add in analyzing the results and looking into ways to enhance business performance.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you are primarily involved in the financial and management reporting as well as analysis for the countries in the region. This is an individual contributor role that requires you to prepare the monthly and weekly management reporting to the holding company. You are required to perform financial analysis on historical and forecast data to understand root cause(s) of major fluctuation in the P&L. You will also analyse purchase price variance, gross margin, expenses and profitability by customers and other KPIs. You also get to value add to the business in performing bench marking and identifying areas of improvement with relevant owners.
Requirements:
- Recognised Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent qualification
- CPA / CA qualification will be an added advantage
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in business and financial analysis
- Prior experience working in manufacturing environment (plant or corporate level) is required
- Strong in MS Excel (pivot tables and lookup functions)
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
