Leading player with footprint globally, our client has an immediate need for an energetic and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join their regional HR team.
Reporting to Regional HR Leader, you will be involved in the service delivery of diverse range of HR activities for the Singapore office and assigned region. You are responsible for end to end HR operation including management and administration of payroll, recruitment, training & development, employee engagement, enquiries and benefits, provide support services to regional HR team and HR reporting.
The successful candidate is degree qualified and has minimum 5 years of relevant work experience ideally with technology multinational companies. You are highly energetic and hands-on, possess kaizen mentality and logical-thinking, able to work independently in a fast-paced and lean environment. You are a team player who is willing to work in a cooperative and collaborative style to ensure delivery and quality of HR services. Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office applications and hands-on payroll processing are mandatory.
