Our Client is a multi-national company with global presence within the Mechanical Engineer Company. They are seeking a Regional Reliability Manager to Ensure effective and efficient operation of Performance Plus contracts across the region.
You are responsible for Supporting regional reliability engineers in improving overall equipment reliability, availability and capacity; Enforce routine monitoring and reporting of reliability performance and contract profitability across all sites; manage internal & external training needs analysis, training plan development and delivery; Build relationships with key end-users across the region and ensure contract needs are met; Identify best practices and benchmarks and propagate across reliability teams within region.
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university; Possess at least 5-10 years of experience in a similar capacity, within the oil & gas or energy sectors; Strong in-depth working knowledge of rotating equipment and contracts management within the region; Ability to work and manage within teams; Able to travel regionally about 25% of the time.
