Our client is one of the leading companies in travel exchange. They have the world’s largest network in the industry. They have over 40 years of industry experience and currently have more than 6,000 affiliated resorts in over 100 countries. They are currently serving almost 4 million members globally.
Receive inbound call and conduct outgoing calls to all members for their subscriptions, renewals, confirm exchanges and solicit deposits. Promote and up-sell additional travel related products/services to generate additional revenue (e.g. promotions and renewals). Discuss and educate all members on the value of their membership and how they can most utilize the exchange process. Process members account transactions and make sure to record all accurate information into the system including members contact details. Maintain high level of service to meet customers’ expectations.
Degree or Diploma in any field. Must be able to speak in Korean language in order to support the Korean market and to liaise directly with Korean stakeholders. At least 1 year of working experience in contact center environment preferably from tourism, hospitality, time sharing or any travel related industries. Should have strong customer service with excellent sales skills that demonstrate track records in meeting targets.
