Our client is the one of the leading Information Communication Technology (ICT) companies in Japan and providing the comprehensive global and local communication services to companies developing their businesses in the region including Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Provide presales and consulting support to Sales Account Managers. Propose IT services to customers such as Cloud (AWS, Azure), Infrastructure, Network, Security, Virtualization. Primarily handle Hyperconverged Infrastructure, HCI (Nutanix), Virtualization (Wmware, Hyper-V & Citrix), Cisco UCS / Blade system or HP Blade System, Storage (EMC, Netapps or Nimble Storage SAN / NAS), Enterprise IT applications such as MS AD, Exchange, Backup (Symantec, Arcserve & Veeam), DNS, DHCP, GPO, SCCM, SCOM, LDAP, Lync and office365.
Work closely with sales team as well as other business partners in articulating solutions to customer. Gather technical requirement, develop cost effective design, solutions and presentation to customer. Conduct proof of concept (POC) to customer. Work closely with vendors and suppliers/principals to find suitable products and form better/strategic relationships. Response to tender, RFQs & RFPs.
Qualification:
Min 5 years of IT experience in Presales or IT Solutioning for system solutions. In-depth working knowledge with HCI, AWS, Azure, Virtualization and its related technologies, Storage, Blade Servers, Linux and Windows Servers. Relevant IT certifications will be added advantages such as NPP, AWS certified solution architect, VCP or MCSE 2008 or MCITP or CCNP Data Center or SAN Certification.
