Our client is a highly successful Consumer Brand Company with global operation. As part of their expansion plan in Asia Pacific, they like to invite a successful Customer Service/Contact Center Leader - Regional (ASEAN) to join its team.
In this role, you primary responsibility is manage the total customer’s satisfaction within the region by monitor and improve the Call Center’s KPIs through NPS set and data analytics. Therefore, you will be working closely with the business services and controlling team on business planning team on monitory the call center NPS KPIs achievement. You are also task to create Customer Service related training framework to improve the capabilities of the team.
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent with at least 8-10 years of professional experience in the similar capacity. You must have proven experience in Call Center/ Contact Centre, Prior experience in implementing NPS tools and data crunching. Candidate with past experience from Consumer Industry is highly regarded.
