Work details
This position report to Retail Sales Manager. The Retail Sales will provide professional customer services and product knowledge to promote and meet sales revenue. Respond to customer enquiries, feedback and complains.
Responsibilities:
· Acquire product knowledge to be able to promote the products.
· Cutting frozen meat Eg. Kurobuta Pork, Shirobuta Pork and Wagyu beef.
· Pricing, Weighing, packing and displaying of products.
· Able to carry heavy items at least 10kg.
· Provide customer service and answering questions.
· Perform housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of your workplace in accordance to safety procedures and standards of hygiene.
· Required to monitor and maintain freshness and quality of items.
Requirements:
· No experience is required, training provided.
· Willing to work in shift hours, Weekend and Public Holidays.
· Passion in Customer Service and feedback.
· Service-oriented and a good team player.
· Positive attitude and willing to work!
· Have food hygiene cert will be add advantage
· Good in communication and interpersonal skills
. Able to speak Japanese with Japanese speaking Customer.
