Company Overview
Our client is established in Germany. Singapore office is regional HQ. This role will be responsible for carrying their equipment sales activities especially to Japan market within the Asia Pacific region.
Job Description
• Establish and maintain business relationship with key stakeholders like client, consultants and construction companies to increase business leads in Asia Pacific region
• Conduct regular customer visits to maintain good working relationship and to establish a good contact network
• Key customer group would be the Japanese clients in their local markets as well as overseas markets
• Work closely with the sales team to develop sales and marketing plans to drive sales
• Increase market awareness of our company products and strengthen our sales opportunities through support of exhibitions, in-house seminars at customers’ sites and other venues
• Collect market information, prepare sales analysis reports and to propose new business sales opportunities
Requirements
• Min. degree holder in Business, Marketing field or other relate discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Proven track records of sales experience
• Work experience in heavy equipment or construction industry will be preferred
• Proficient in English and Japanese to liaise with Japanese counterparts in Asean regions.
• Language of business proficiency level is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent and resourceful individual with logical thinking ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good organized
• Willing to travel within the region

• Company head counts are around 90 staff in Singapore office.
• Sales team consists with 13 sales staff
• Report to Deputy CEO Asia
• This position visit and join the meetings with clients in Asia region.
• Working Hours: 8:30 – 18:00 Mon – Fri
• Annual Leaves: 14 days / 18 days from 4th year / 20 days from 7th year 25 days from 11th year

• Travel allowance depends on the country you travel for business trip.
