Company Overview
The Planning Department is looking for a Japanese administrative officer to provide support for all logistics and administrative functions within the team.
Job Description
- General support for expatriate relocation and Expatriate benefit.
- Visa related matters (EP& DP application, renewal, cancellation)
- Attend to all enquiries with regards to Expatriate Benefit
- Support education and company housing contract
- Support Expense processing with regards to Expat relocation (hotel, airline ticket, moving agent)
- Process Medical expense claims (medical expense billing and refund processing from Kempo)
- Home leave processing (flight payment and manage)
- Act as a liaison with HR in Japan Headquarter Management of the Annual medical checkup
- Other adhoc administrative work
Requirements
- Experience in administrative function. (Immigration, mobility and expat management experience.)
- Fluency in Japanese is required as the role will mainly support and work with Japanese individuals and to liaise with Japan counterpart
- Proficient in MS word, Excel, Outlook
