Job Description
• Support CEO and MDs schedule, calendar and claims
• Assist in travel reservations (flight and hotel bookings)
• Translate Japanese documents to English and vice versa, including interpretation
• Write minutes of meeting in English
• Support in departmental administrative matters
• Communicate with other MDs in ASEAN region
• As a liaison personnel for recruitment as when necessary
• Liaise with employment agencies to source for candidates
• Support expatriate arrival and departure
• Structure education program for staff with external vendor
Requirements
• Diploma in any field
• At least 2-3 years relevant experience in similar capacity
• Bilingual in Japanese and English including good verbal/written Japanese at Business Level to liaise with Japanese speaking associates (Please indicate your Japanese language proficiency when applying) to liaise with Japanese management and HQ in Japan.
• Able to translate Japanese document to English, and vice versa
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, particularly attuned to working well with all levels
