Job Description
【業務内容】下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。
• Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details.
• May coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail.
• Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments. Operates automated office equipment.
• May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.
Requirements

• Minimally a GCE A-level certificate or a Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
• A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Japanese ability is an advantage to liase with colleagues
