Job Description
【業務内容】下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。
Act as liaison between senior account management and several Japanese / local client in Singapore and Japan. Main clients are FMCG and Watch-luxury industry
Manage client’s marketing duty based on their annual marketing calendar – your role should be Digital (incl SNS management and digital ads) 60%, Media Campaign (Incl TV, Press, MG, OOH) 20%, and Creative (ATL / Digital) 20%
Work together with media and creative staffs to deliver work of the highest standards
Understand overall client strategies and proactively help develop strategies as needed by working with supervisor
Set priorities utilizing good judgment and multi-tasking skills
Attend client briefing or progress meetings and prepare briefs/background
Respond appropriately and immediately to client requests and concerns, and keep clients informed of the status of projects
Requirements

3-5 years of relevant experience in advertising agency / marketing / digital industry.
Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience (SNS, digital ads) preferred.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure to meet deadlines without sacrificing professional standards
Understand how to work across disciplines in a dynamic agency setting is necessary
Sound knowledge of MS office, especially Excel, Power Point and Word.
Demonstrate mastery over all basic communication skills, including writing, proofing, editing, and public speaking
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
Japanese client servicing experience or Japanese brand working experience preferred.
