Job Description
【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。
• Develop and grow ‘New’ sales as well as maintain existing business in Japan interest business in Singapore.
• Actively search for new clients by developing leads through social platforms, cold calling, following up on direct marketing, attending networking events、and converting leads to sales opportunities.
• Execute Local Market Plans and develop a pipeline of opportunities in the Large Commercial / Corporate segment, with full responsibility for converting those prospects to clients.
• Develop opportunities by demonstrating risk, insurance, consulting expertise and ability to help solve clients’ problems in P&C and Specialty insurances.
• Ensure smooth transition of ‘New’ accounts and strong collaboration to Broking and Account Servicing team in delivering distinctive client values.
• Manage responses to tenders and develop quality presentations as needed, work with the relevant bid management in country and regional expertise.
• Facilitate cross-selling activities as directed by supervisor.
• Follow the Aon sales process, including regular sales activity, accurate pipeline updates and branding standards.
• Contribute, as required, to Commercial Risk Solutions Singapore initiatives in general by providing constructive challenge and implement agreed initiatives.
• Achieve sales revenue target.
• Perform other duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements

下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。
* University degree and/ or a professional qualification.
* Mother tongue Japanese and business level English(外資且つ、社内のプロダクト部門とのやり取りの際に使用するので、ビジネスレベル以上で必要。)
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate sales(もし、保険ブローカーや保険業界にいらっしゃった方であれば尚良し。) .
* Proven record of sales success.
* Highly motivated.
* Highly articulate, an effective communicator who uses consultative selling skills.
* Exceptionally organised with strong time management skills.
* Excellent team player.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines while maintaining prospect relationships.
* Creative and lateral thinker.
* Confidence to present to audiences / decision makers.
* Strong computer/systems literacy including first class Word and PowerPoint skills.
Additional Job Information
【給与】
SGD 5-7K + ターゲットコミッション(ターゲットについては、自身の給与の2-3倍を基準に、そこを超過している部分について一定の割合で計算しコミッションを支払う。)
