Job Description
【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。
• Coordinating and implementation of mid-term plan and fiscal year plan of Regional HQ and subsidiaries in ASEAN.
• Administrative officer for shareholders’ meeting, board of directors, ASEAN regional meeting and other various meeting bodies.
• Aggregating and reporting progress of major project and subsidiaries’ performance.
• Managing in-house documents related to management and contracts.
• Executing other matters related to Corporate Planning and New Business Development.
Requirements

下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。
• Time management, sense of deadline and prioritization
• Active communication capability to subsidiaries’ managements
• Proficiency in business level of Japanese and English to liaise with Japanese managements
• Basic skill of business writing, Excel and PowerPoint skill
• For Executives, 3–5 years working experience
• For Senior Executives, >5 years working experience
