団体旅行客の飛行機到着時間や朝食・夕食時間に合わせて朝や夜の勤務があります(別途手当あり)。
繁忙期のクリスマス・年末年始・ゴールデンウィークはお休みがとれませんが閑散期にまとまった連休が取得可能です。
Job Description
We are currently looking for a Tour Coordinator to :
• Co-ordinate and ensure smooth operation of the tour group being assigned to obtain information from operation staff prior to guests’ arrival.
• Prepare banner and other necessary tour documents for guide’s collection.
• Brief tour guide about the group information and requirements.
• Meeting with the Tour Escort or Tour Organizer when the group has arrived.
• Stand-by at airport, hotel or restaurants etc to oversees the group.
• Assist in handling last minutes changes or arranging optional tours, if required.
• Submit final tour report to operation team.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• Able to work shift and standby
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Japanese language is required for the purpose of daily communication with Japanese customers .
• Knowledge of MS word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision.
• Possess great communication skills and able to provide excellent customer service.
• Possess some experiences in travel industry and able to work overtime.
• Proactive, flexible and able to work independently.
