Our Client is leading cashing service company.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a Merchant Relations to:
*Maintain and improve the relationship with current merchant and establish the relationship with new merchant.
*Contribute to the development and execution of plans to expand acceptance (e.g. new target, new areas, e-commerce etc).
*Liaise with Merchants on tie up promotions programs and privilege offer.
*Acceptance checking and negotiation with Merchants.
*Attend and service all merchants’ queries (new / existing).
*Assist in planning to improve acceptance such as making POS materials and incentive plan for merchant.
*Deal with all enquirers in a professional and courteous manner in person, on the telephone or via email.
*Assist our own acquiring operation .
*Ad Hoc.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
*Knowledge of the retail and business environment and business contacts.
*Ability to understand and execute on key operational aspects, and attentive to details.
*Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
*Knowledge of competitors & market place.
*Strong interpersonal & communications skill.
*Japanese speaking and writing skill is advantage (Not mandatory).
*Excellent communication and listening skills with sensitivity to understand client’s preferences.
