Job Description
Understand company new products and able to share with sales departments in order to develop effective sales talk.
- Study company products and update new product roadmap/launch schedule.
- Translate technical details into benefits for the user by working with internal specialists.
- Develop effective sales talk & proposal template by using key user pain points and benefits.
- Collect necessary information for new product launch and share with sales colleagues (Product outline, USP, Pricing & Configuration, Sales materials, Pre-- Sales/Post-Sales Support structure, Production/Procurement Leadtime, Training schedule etc.).
- Research & share competitive analysis of competitors’ products.
- Prepare for & Facilitate new product launch training; training materials to incorporate sales approach not just features.
- Setup new product master information in CRM.
- Be centralized contact window for internal product related enquiries.
- Necessary Report for management.
- Other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing/product training or relevant.
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in marketing or relevant.
- Has experience in handling B to B product.
