Job Description
We are currently looking for a sales manager for sales achievement, strategy development, cost planning and system improvement.
■Sales Target Achievement.
- Setting of Targets and Distribution KPIs for Distributor .
- National Market Situation Review and Analysis - Develop market specific plans on an annual and semi-annual basis for the achievement of sales.
- Category Development - Monitor category trends and best practices to find opportunities for the company.
■Key Stakeholders Relationship.
- Management of distributor’s sales leadership team - alignment of the company’s direction to achieve targets.
- Develop relationship with key customers - maintain the company as an important partner in the customer’s plans.
■Budget Planning and Monitoring.
- Budget control, planning and monitoring - allocation to Distributor sales managers.
■Systems Improvement.
- Forms, Reporting and Process Improvement (as needed).
■Trade Marketing Exec Mentoring.
- This executive is responsible for Channel Promotions and Display, Sales Data Review and Analysis, Merchandiser and Sales Executive Coordination.
