Job Description
Provide customers with timely, professional, efficient and effective technical expertise on IT support
- Support cloud (Office365, AWS), enterprise IT solutions (infrastructure, security, virtualization, backup and storage) & network.
- System installation, configurations and administration on multiple operating system platforms (e.g. Windows, Virtualization).
- Installation, configurations and administration of core network equipment (e.g. Switch, Firewall, Router).
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or IT Support or System Integration (SI) Engineer.
- Hands on experience with MS Active Directory, Windows and Linux OS, Backup and Antivirus Solutions, Office365, Virtualization.
- Basic knowledge on cisco switches, routers and firewall.
- Ability to support Onsite (80%) and Remote & Phone Support (20%).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive thinking and keeping up-to-date with current technologies.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good team player and proactive attitude.
