About the Client:
Our Client is a Japanese trading company having business across SEA and ASEAN region. Their Importing and marketing of all kinds of industrial and agriculture chemicals, synthetic resins, dyes stuffs, electrical goods, electronics and machineries used by semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities
Accounts:
Manage full set of Accounts including AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Audit, Inventory Management, various monthly Management Reports, etc.
Consolidation of financial reports regionally and report to Japan HQ.
Monthly/yearly closings partially, handling costs and expenses, credit notes and analysis, Hanlding insurances, tax matters, GST etc. for all other staffs. Maintain accounting reports and financial statements.
Assist in other work and report to Accounts Manager.
Admin:
Manage admin work, office management, and assisting management in admin related duties, Maintain updated corporate licenses, memberships, insurances, etc and keep track of validity
Other ad hoc task assigned by the company.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 2-5 years working experience. Having experience in Financial regional consolidation is much advantage.
Able to work independently and adhere to short and tight deadlines. Should be familiar with Microsoft Excel and word with good interpersonal skills.
