Our client is Japanese firm which manufactures and engages in businesses related to apply optical equipment and functional materials. They develops and sells a diverse range of key devices and systems supporting high tech industries, using unique technologies in fields including optical fiber, machine vision, automated optical alignment, ball lenses, optical lenses and software as its core technologies. They are also conducting active research and development by boldly facing the challenges of entering promising growth industries. Singapore office is a sales and marketing hub for ASEAN countries and now looking for energetic individual to join them urgently as Sales Executive.
Responsibilities
To secure information on equipment and customer specifications
Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase
Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities or other subjects of sale
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
Attend to sales enquiries, generates sales quotation, forecast and follow up on sales leads
In charge of Demo stock, demo loan enquiry and follow up on demo loan to customers
Ensure and maintain customer satisfaction
To develop & maintain good business relationship with new/existing clients and achieve sales target & responsible for P&L
Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Degree holder in related fields.
At least 3 - 4 years working experience, preferably in Sales related industries
Proficient in MS Office software with good account management and sales Matrix understanding.
Responsible and committed individual, with strong initiative
Team player who is customer orientated, proactive and a quick learner
