【Responsibilities】
-Support team members in making quotations, contracts, proposals, or presentation materials
-Visit customers with team members to know customers and obtain knowledge and take minutes
-Take care of inquiries or request raised by counterpart in Japan HQ or branches all over South East Asia
-Play supporting role between local members and Japan HQ in terms of communication
-Maintain service brochure or website contents up to date.
-Design operational and support flow of new IT services and execute it regionally
-Support to plan and organize workshop or annual IT conference inviting customers
-There may be opportunities for business trip mainly in South East Asia.
-Proactively promote IT shared services
-Listen to customer’s concerns, problems or requirements and make proposal to improve their IT environment
-Manage projects
【Requirements】
-Diploma or degree holder in any area
-Business English, Business Japanese to communicate in/out of the office
-Basic office administration skill including word, excel and power point
-Better to have IT knowledge but it’s not must. However, it’s necessary to learn gradually.
-Minimum 1 years’ work experience
