Job Description
-Oversee elements of the design and construction processes from site preparation to building completion
-Develop, organise and review building plans, as well as preparing construction contracts for general contractors
-Ensure that construction projects meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards.
-Determine and schedule different stages of the building process according to business needs
-Monitor progress and ascertain whether phases of the construction process are in compliance with building plans and project deadlines
-Responsible for studying the financial aspect of projects; organising construction documents and assuming responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and management approval of materials and construction
Requirements
【Job Requirements】
-At least 1 year of project management experience
-Proficient in AutoCAD
-Good written and verbal communication skills in English language to liaise with team member and vender in Singapore
-Able to work independently and exercise flexibility in a challenging and fast paced environment
【Better to have】
-Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
-familiar with Singapore’s regulations related to architectural, including NEA, FSSD, URA regulations
-5 years of project management experience in retail, preferably in a supermarket environment
