JOB DESCRIPTION
-Collaborating with our clients to understand their financial circumstances and organizational objectives and develop effective business solutions tailored to their transfer pricing needs
-Managing the delivery of transfer pricing engagements and identifying opportunities for transfer pricing and other services
-Coaching and mentoring junior staff to build up our transfer pricing capabilities.
-Enhancing client relationships and developing business development opportunities
REQUIREMENT
-Possess a university degree and/or post-graduate qualification in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or Law; with at least 6 full years of transfer pricing experience in a Big 4 audit firm, or a tax authority
-Have a thorough understanding of the OECD transfer pricing guidelines and international transfer pricing environment
-Knowledge of Singapore transfer pricing guidelines will be an advantage
-Have excellent research and report writing skills and analytical mindset
-Be committed to technical excellence and has an outward-looking, people-oriented personality with superb communication skills in English *to communicate in/out o office
-Deep proficiency in business Japanese is required in order to communicate with Japanese clients
-Have strong leadership qualities and organizational skills
-Be strongly driven and committed to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients from a wide spectrum of industries
