【Job Description】

-Manage corporate events (Board of Director meetings, shareholders’ meetings) for regional companies held by RHQ, including preparation of documents, arrangement of meetings.

-Point person in RHQ to work with country MDs (will be assigned up to three countries to cover depending on experience and capabilities). Specifically, 

-Work with country MDs to understand their business, challenges and opportunities. 

-Assist country MDs in analysis of their businesses, and help to formulate country strategy. 

-Formulate regional strategy together with Global HQ team and country MDs

-Ensure regional strategy is executed (will be assigned portions of regional strategy to drive, depending on experience level)

-Assist in identification, approach and execution of M&As within region to achieve regional strategy, together with Global HQ

 

【Job Requirement】

-Experience in consulting, investment/corporate banking or accounting firm. Experience in corporate strategy and business planning in corporations also welcome

-Knowledge of financial statements (minimum PL, BS and CF preferable)

-Japanese is a plus to communicate in/out of office.

-For Managers, 3-5 years working experience. For Senior Managers, >5 years working experience.
