Responsibilities


Maintain & Manage office system infrastructure:

Setting of Network Client PC
Setting Network Configuration & Installation and maintenance of necessary business application
Update or patch for all users
PC troubleshooting for all users (anytime)


Security Control for each system:

Registration, Deletion, Change of user ID for all the system
Maintain and update of user List for All system
Printing & checking of User profile List of Daisy (Monthly)
Printing & checking of User maintenance list of Daisy (Monthly)


Routing Jobs:

Printing and checking Calypso daily audit log report (Daily)
Printing and checking MAS649 Reporting System Audit Log Report (Daily)
Check and change the Lotus Notes Server Backup tape (Daily)
Daily checking the SGBRACR backup job and change tape every Friday
Network Monitoring Daily Check (Daily)
Thomson Reuters Screening Deployed System Data download and upload to Server (Daily)
Remote Access test report (Monthly)
Hibun Log Report (Monthly)
Daisy User ID expire report (Monthly)
Lotus Notes User List (Monthly)
Monthly User ID checking (Monthly)
Matrix User ID List (Monthly, Quarterly)
Quarterly User ID checking
Grace System Log Management (Monthly)
Bloomberg User ID checking (Monthly)
Server Room orderly check (Monthly)
Update system inventory list



Requirements


Min 3 years
Experience in maintaining office system infrastructure
Experience Setting of Network Client PC
Experience in Security Control
Experience in Routing Jobs
