Roles
Engage in business improvement and/or IT implementation projects as insurance BA (Business Analyst) / PMO (Project Management Office) leader or member
Analyze and prioritize business issues, and deliver business process flows and business requirement documents as BA
Bridge between business users and IT, and translate business requirements into IT specifications as BA
Control and track project status, and deliver project plan / WBS, status reports, and issue/risk logs as PMO
Assist pre-sales activities including discussion paper and proposal creation
Skill/Experience Requirements
Must have
Understanding of end-to-end insurance business operations
Over 3-year insurance business analyst experience in IT implementation projects
PMO or Team Lead experience
Working experience with insurance companies operating in Singapore
Optional
Understanding of Singapore local regulations for insurance
Understanding of financial planning for insurance sales
Understanding of insurance accounting
Experience with insurance core applications
Experience with BI and data analytics
Experience with RPA (Robotics Process Automation)
Experience with digital transformation project for insurance
Insurance related certified and/or trained
PMP (Project Management Professional) certified
Chinese, Bahasa, Thai, or Japanese speaking to communicate in/out of the office
