About Our Client:

Our client is one of the renowned Japanese leading manufacturer and distributor of standard components for Factory Automation, Press die and Plastic mold. In addition to components for production equipment, they have expanded our range into electronics, tools, and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) consumables. 

In Singapore, they have their regional hub and trading business. They are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to handle their Singapore office.

 

Job Description:

ž   Full spectrum of AP/GL/AR job scope.  Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.

ž   Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information to HQ

ž   Collaborate with the finance department to support overall department goals and objectives

ž   Work with auditor to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit

ž   Any other ad hoc duties required by the Finance Division Head

 

Qualifications:

ž   Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification with min 5 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts.

ž   Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

ž   Meticulous/organized/committed/hardworking and good team player
