About Our Client:
Our client is a leading Japanese firm, whose business includes the wholesale distribution of groceries and related products.
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for shipping documents arrangement &logistics/transportation arrangement including demurrage and dispatch settlements.
Manage payments and feed transaction input into accounting system.
Basic knowledge of futures transactions in grains business will be an advantage.
Other adhoc administrative duties.
Requirement:
Must have minimum 3 years working experience in grain trading company or relevant industry.
Able to independently prepare import/export shipping documents, especially documentation work based on L/C.
Good command in Micrsoft word, excel.
