Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of consumer electronics products and business equipment solutions with offices around the world.Currently they are looking for Senior/Sales Manager to lead the sales team for consumer music instrument products. Job Descriptions· Formulate strategies to drive growth in music instrument business· Achieve percentage of sales turnover and profit of music instrument target set by management· Identify and developing new business opportunities at targeted markets · Develop and plan sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability· Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets · Management of competitors’ information, strategize sales plans and forecast· Management of dealers’ channels and trade events· Ensure sales and display share in dealers· Develop ongoing relationships with existing customers to provide all round support· Ensure prompt payment collection and efficient SOP and workflow· Head of department - Manage, train and motivate a team of sales personnel · Promote teamwork and cohesiveness as well as ensuring staff discipline· Work with marketing team on A&P activities· Experience with musical instruments sector is a plus Requirements· Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing or at least 5 years’ relevant industrial experience · Experience in managing sales functions in a managerial capacity is required in this position. · Experience in all aspects of Business to Business Sales Management.· Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.· Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word & Powerpoint· Candidates from audio/sound industry (manufacturers/distributors/wholesalers) background required. Personal Qualities · Responsible, independent, aggressive and results driven· Good analytical skills, positive and able to communicate with people of all levels· Strong management skills Salary Package· $5K-$7K depending on qualifications and experience· Transport allowances (with car) $1000, (without car) $400· Mobile Allowance $125 Others· Location: City· Working Days: Monday to Friday (9am-5.30pm)· Regional – Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia
