About Our Client
Our Client, an online business with a market-leading presence, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and drive sales within the property sector.
Job Description
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be managing top accounts within the property sector. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities and driving sales in the online media space. As a People leader, you will provide guidance to the team and put in place sales strategies and plans., You will provide consultancy to team members and support them on problem solving and motivate them to achieve and exceed sales targets. In this role, you will be working closely with other functional teams, taking the initiative to support new products development, based on customer feedback. This role is expected to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations and build relationships with key decision makers.
The Successful Applicant
You are high sales driven and possess strong leadership skills with at least 5 years of sales experience successfully managing a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior or additional work experience in the Real Estate and Media space will be highly advantageous. You are motivated and energetic, with outstanding communications skills and willingness to go for the extra mile to deliver results.
