Our Client
Our client is a Japanese company specialised for reconditioning of main and auxiliary engine components (Piston Crown, Cylinder Cover, Exhaust Valves Housing, Spindle Seat, Piston Rod, Piston Skirt, Fuel Injection Parts, Etc.). They have their offices in China, Malaysia and Singapore.
They are currently looking for a Admin Office Executive for their Singapore Office situated in TUAS West.
Responsibilities
Responsible for full HR spectrum that including payroll, OT calculation, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, industrial relation, day to day HR operations and administration.
Preparing Employment Contract and other company letters.
Preparing and submission of statutory contribution such as CPF, FWL etc
Yearly income tax filling for all staff and tax clearances for resigned staffs.
Prepare and provide relevant report for management such as monthly overtime, attendance report, payroll summary and other related reports requested by management.
Check and endorse invoices related to Admin, such as electricity bills, telecom bills, company transportation, office equipment.
Check, arrange and distribute petty cash to all staffs
Update attendance daily
Requirements:
Min. 3 years of experience with Diploma/degree holder. Having experience in Office management and HR support roles in any industry is fine.
Someone with good knowledge of HR policies and procedures with strong analytical and interpersonal skill is a perfect match.
