Our Client is a leading MNC in Building Technology and System and they are seeking a result driven Regional Sales Director – Enterprise sales to accelerate their growth and expansion plans in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization.
In this leadership role, you will lead and drive team across different business vertical ensuring maximum commercial development across Asia Pacific. You will set strategy direction, train and develop your team ensuring individual teams maximizing their business development capabilities through solutions selling, work with the channels partners, consultant, systems integrators, contractors in meeting the market needs with the objective to achieve business KPI. Beside sales, you will also be accountable for collaboration with internal stakeholder for meeting customers’ deliverables and care.
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in Business or Engineering with 10 or more years of commercial leadership experience within solution / system sellings. Candidate with prior experience in the Audio Video industry will be highly desirable. You must be motivational, be hands-on and strategic, possess strong business acumen, be self-motivated, action orientated and has a global mindset.You should be equipped with effective communication and interpersonal skill, be proactive, ambitious and passionate about market development.
