• Dynamically growing MNC
European engineering MNC has an opening in its Singapore Legal team. Reporting to the Head of Legal based in Singapore, you will be the sole Legal Counsel overseeing and managing Philippines coverage from Singapore. You will handle the contractual and commercial agreements, involvement in big and tender proposal and potentially other nearby countries. You will also implement global strategy and advise business on legal & integrity issues, and liaise with external lawyers on litigation cases and arbitration matters. You will also work closely and collaborates with senior leadership of the Philippines office, and in close communication and coordination with regional and global operations.
Ideal candidate must be Philippine Bar qualified, 5 to 8 years PQE, with prior In-house legal experience, based in Singapore. Strong knowledge in construction and building law is a must, coupled with experience in general legal / commercial terms in diverse sectors.
