Telemarketing Executive (General Insurance / High Basic)

Our Client is a multi-national company with global presence within the general insurance industry. They are seeking a Telesales Executive to expand their team and outreach. The successful candidate can look forward to work closely in a team and deliver excellent quality service and identify cross-sell opportunities
You will be task to up-sell Company’s products and services proactively through telephone and manage customer’s expectations. Collecting customer feedback and concern to supervisor for service improvement. Having strong analytical skills to resolve customer’s problems, complaints and handle feedback professionally.
Ideally you should have 1 year experience in similar role within the general insurance industry with Diploma in any field. General insurance certificate (BCP & PGI) are essential for the role. Exposure to customer oriented or call center experience is highly desired. Ability to communicate well with good listening skills and a team player.
