Our Client is a Manufacturing MNC of which they are currently seeking for a technical marketing professional to support the expansion of the Architectural projects group.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for identifying target markets, analyzing trends and competitions. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, as well as to source for new business opportunities. Additionally, you will also introduce these products to architects, designers, engineers and other building professionals of which building and maintaining rapport with them is necessary. Proposing and implementing technical solutions to resolve customers’ issues is also mandatory.
Ideally you should possess a Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or project management in the façade industry. You should have a wide network of contacts which include architects, façade consultants as well as contractors. You should possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Outgoing and mature personality is also preferred.
