Our Client is the world's largest producer of renewable diesel and currently they are looking for an Operations Coordinator to be responsible for daily operations of export, import and trading cargo movements in international oil trade for term and spot contracts.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidature will coordinator with the customers in the areas of business planning, shipping, cargo scheduling, invoicing and payments. Additionally, he or she will also have to coordinate commercial matters with the traders, shippers, finance personnel as well as other internal stakeholders.
Ideally you should possess a Degree in relevant discipline, with at least 3 years of experience in vessel and cargo operations. You should also be able to work independently, in a team and across all levels and stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills is preferred.
