- Opportunity to work with leading travel industry as Travel Retail Consultant (Ticketing)- Customer Service, Global Operations, Tour, Travel, Travel guide, etc.
About our client:
Our client is a part of Japan's largest travel network, they handle all aspects of the travel business. Today they have grown to become Asia’s No. 1 travel agent
Responsibilities:
Suitable person will be responsible to handle and sell tour passes, tickets and packages. Issue train passes, attractions tickets and other travel products. Provide information on travel visa & insurance Attend to customers’ travel enquires and request through calls, emails or walk-ins. Provide recommendation for destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations base on customers’ requests & interests. Process air ticket refund and other accounting related matter
Qualification:
Should have good knowledge and understanding in MS Office
Communication skills in Japanese is preferred in order to translate work document
