Finance Manager
Multi-billion US MNC with strong global presenceGreat team environment
Our client is a leader in its field and due to increased business needs, it is seeking a qualified accounting candidate to assume the position of a Finance Manager to handle all the finance matters for the Singapore entity.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for financial accounting and statutory compliance which include SOX, statutory audits and tax compliance. You need to ensure compliance to policies and procedures related to Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) and this would involve continuous monitoring and addressing of any gaps in process and controls. You will manage the audits with both internal and external auditors as well as performing monthly, quarterly and year-end financial close and reporting to corporate HQ in US.
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent, preferably with CPA or CA qualificationMinimum 10 years of combined experience in financial reporting and accounting within MNC environment plus audit experience gained in Big 4 public accounting firmsPrior experience in US GAAP and SOX will be highly regardedStrong communication and interpersonal skills are necessaryStrong team player with good interpersonal skills
