Our client is a Multi-corporation Company in international trading with global presence; they are currently seeking a Customer Services Executive / Specialist to lead and support all customer engagement initiatives with the objective to increase sale, enhance processes, quality and services delivery. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization.
In this role, you will manage customers and key accounts, be the direct link for all customers’ engagement around the region. Being the key liaison between the sales, customer Service team, regional offices, warehouse and customers, you are accountable for the sales documentation, following up process on all enquiries. You will ensure timely production, delivery, billing and resolve on customer feedback matters. You will review, revise and improve processes with adhered to compliances guidelines.
Ideally you should possess a university degree with 3 or more years of experience in customer service/customer support/frontline service or related filed. You should have people management skills, motivational and equipped with effective communication and interpersonal skill. Be proactive, ambitious and with the ability to build strong relationship with internal and external parties. Candidate with prior experiences in international trade, export market, shipping documentation and LC will be highly desired. Flexible to be able to travel on ad hoc basis will be highly desired.
