Our client is a well-known brand in helping its clients and partners to evolve in a safer and more responsible environment, by offering services and innovative solutions to ensure that their assets, products, infrastructures and processes meet standards and regulations in terms of quality, health and safety, environmental protection and social responsibility. They are now inviting a Business Development Manager to join its Malaysia Building & infrastructure team. 


Reporting to the BU Manager, the BD Manager is responsible for the business development plan and identify new business opportunities within Malaysia. The BD Manager will be leading and managing the sales team and develop and implement strategies for new services. He/She will provide direction, guidance and advice to ensure alignment with company’s strategy and plans. He/She will also be involved in large tender preparation, negotiation and follow up, as well as handling of commercial issues, such as terms and conditions, payment schedules, complaints.


The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of sales experience in Construction or Property Management industry. Good network with the Developers, Construction Companies, Consultants/Architects is essential for the role. He/She has proven strategic, analytical and commercial skills and is able to develop the market for company products by adopting a consultative approach.
