Partner Account Manager
About our client:
Our client a leading US MNC providing cloud services, colocation and data center solutions to businesses globally, they are now looking to hire a Partner Account Manager to be based in their Singapore office.
About the role:
A Partner Account Manager is responsible for building long term, value-based relationships with partners specially system integrators and managed service providers. The Partner Account Manager will lead sales efforts with key customers, and will be measured on sales and revenue growth. In addition, the person must have broad-based business and technology expertise with at least 5-7 years of partner development or partner account management experience. Self-starter with proven professional success, who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding and highly matrixed environment. The ideal candidate should have experience with IT, network and/or system integrators in selling complex solutions along with excellent negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
• Onboard new and service existing company’s Partners. Effectively manage and measure a large number of partner enablement and go-to-market requests.
• Identify, enable and qualify high-value partners that drive revenue and deliver best-in-class solutions to company’s customers.
• Define the joint value proposition and offering with partners.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g. channel sales, direct sales, pre-sales, marketing, PR, legal, support, etc.) to further develop partner strategies and processes.
• Utilise CRM systems, data warehousing and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics.
