About our client:
Our client is a leading apparel company from Japan
Responsibilities:
Manage P/L, BS of online shop business. Handle daily operation such as to manage Customer response on telephone or mail, Order processing, Request delivery for the customer to logistics company, Market research in Singapore, Product composition planning, List of product information to the site, Plan and perform advertisement, sales and SNS promotion timely. Hold regular meetings with respective department and Cooperate with the Japanese and real store team. Negotiate with each partner company & Understand and supports enforcement of law and legal compliance.
New store will open in Dec 2017. As a start-up member, part of the Store Strategy Division team, you will lead and drive the online shop in Singapore. You will also plan to expand the online shops according to expansion of our real stores to other countries of ASEAN in the future.
Qualification:
Should be able to develop online shop and hence must have 4-6 years of operating experience in Singapore. Must have a Bachelor degree with advanced knowledge of online marketing. Experience managing P&L for an ecommerce site. Ability to drive projects from concept through implementation and to analyze post-campaign results. Knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is expected. Will have to travel as and when required.
Experience working with a major Web analytics and reporting tool.
