About Our Client
If you know what is trending with millenials, we want to talk to you! This globally established fashion brand is looking for a Merchandising Manager who can build on-trend merchandising strategy for its youth category.
Job Description
You will be responsible for developing and executing regional merchandising plans for the youth category, which comprises of apparel, accessories and footwear. Working with your global coutnerparts, you will develop a merchandising strategy tailored to unique market and consumer trends. You will manage the merchandising budget, seeing the process through from assortment planning to post-season analysis. You will develop customer centric merchandising standards and partner the sales and marketing teams closely to driven alignment and maximise category performance.
The Successful Applicant
You possess at least 8 years of merchandising experience, across multiple geographies ideally within Asia Pacific. You are an expert in the fashion or sports retail space, with experience working in a brand which is targeted at the Youth segment. You are in tune with the consumer trends across the region and have clear insights into unique market behaviour and needs.
