Responsibilities
Perform detailed financial analysis as related to current/potential portfolio investments and new lines of business, as required. This includes the analysis of target company’s financial results to determine present and future financial performance
Develop sophisticated financial models with a focus on investment valuation
Participate in the execution of due diligence and the preparation of transaction documentation
Prepare summary financial information and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, as required
Conduct due diligence, where necessary, on acquisition targets
Identify & evaluate key business drivers; and perform benchmarking studies in analyzing their trends
Coordinate short term cash forecasting processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
Prior experience in financial modeling is preferred and Business valuation
Possess strong analytical skills with an eye for details
Excellent written and communication skills
